Norman Croucher OBE Legless but Smiling.
Despite walking on two below knee artifical legs, it became Norman's ambition to climb any one of the world's fourteen mountains which exceed 8000 metres.   His odyssey was to demonstrate great powers of judgement and persistance as he overcame considerable pain, rejection, extremes of exhaustion and even metal fatigue. Norman captures the fun as well as the hardship.
